Soulcial Therapy was born out of my journey to reclaim my dreams while being a loving mother.
I grew up watching high-achieving women sacrifice their dreams playing the role of Superwoman. Now as a mom, I desire to break that cycle.
Through mindfulness, Intuitive Coaching, Reiki, Sound Therapy and my AHA Method, I help women just like you reconnect with themselves and live purposefully.
